August 15 Evening News, the Network Qin announced today the chief Financial officer KB Teo due to family reasons will resign from the company, and August 22 in Friday. Opening today, the Net Qin newspaper 5.63 U.S. dollars, plunged 12.17%.

Swenyong, the founder and chief operating officer of NetQin, will be the executive chief financial officer before he finds a successor in NetQin.

Teo said that the departure of KB was unrelated to the company's operations, policies and accounting practices, but only for family reasons. NetQin thanked him for his contribution to the company during his term of office.
