Beijing time July 30 Evening News, the Network Qin (NYSE:NQ) announced today, the company's board of directors has been received from the Buffalo Capital Holdings (Bison) of the non-binding privatisation offer, the latter plan for each share of the U.S. Depository Share (ADS) 9.80 of billions of dollars in cash to buy NetQin all the outside stock and ads. The Board is currently assessing the privatization proposal, and may therefore hire an independent advisory body, including independent financial advisers, to help the board assess the offer.
