Earlier today, foreign developers again found some news about the new iphone from the iOS 6.0 beta, and this time it was the Wi-Fi chip of the machine.

The source code shows that the new iphone is using Bo Tong BCM4334. Although the new ipad and iphone 4S are also used for the chip, the former BCM4334 is 40nm process manufacturing, which can reduce power consumption by 50%.

The new BCM4334 chip, a dual-frequency WiFi chip that supports WiFi direct, also supports the latest Bluetooth 4.0 and FM radio technology, which means Apple will bring airdrop file sharing functionality to iOS.
