New Oriental to start business in consulting industry two times

After successfully building new Oriental and landing on the NYSE, Mr Yu started two startups. Recently, New Oriental founder Yu Yu invited Google's former Chinese president, Li Kaifu (micro Bo), former CCTV producer Wang (Micro bo) and the media held a meeting, announced the creation of Tiancheng brand, into the Chinese enterprises to provide systematic, professional services management consulting and training fields. At the same time, Cao Chao, Feng (micro bo), Robin Li, Ma Yun and other relevant areas of the leadership of the Expert Advisory Committee.

According to Mr Yu, Hui-Cheng's shareholding structure is very simple, not the new Oriental subsidiary, initially with its personal capital investment, followed by two directions, that is, its personal additional investment and friends to invest. The possibility of further introduction of external funds is not ruled out after the establishment of a good business operation model.

Mr Yu said he was targeting the management consulting and training areas of Chinese enterprise Services, which were related to the development of domestic private enterprises.

According to the latest statistics from the authorities, China has more than 40 million small and medium-sized enterprises, and is expected to break through 50 million in 2012, these private enterprises created more than 60% of the social wealth to solve the employment problem of 80%. However, at the same time, data show that, although China's private enterprises grow fast, but is a 9 per minute failure of the speed of the new and old replacement, more than one-third of enterprises can not survive the start-up of three years. Mr Yu believes that the internationalization of the process of speeding up the market, resources, talent, technology and other competition more intense, China's private enterprises have not fully adapted to this mechanism of the fittest. To this end, he also created a special think-tank. According to the introduction, Mr Yu invited 20 industry leaders such as Chen, Chao, Feng, Feng, hanting, Liu Donghua, Lee, Robin, MA, Niu, Wenzhong, Shen, Wang, Wang, Xiahua, Dan, Yan, Yang Zhong, Zhu, Zhang, etc., to form the Expert Advisory Committee as the core intelligence platform.
