Nokia is currently the world's third-largest mobile device manufacturer and its chief executive said at a news conference in Barcelona on Sunday that it would not change its financial forecasts, according to foreign media reports March 2.

Nokia CEO Rajev Suri said, "Nothing big has happened in the past few weeks, as usual." Suri reiterated that Finnish companies were expected to do well in 2015, when the euro had depreciated sharply against the dollar.

In late January 2015, the company said it expected Nokia's net sales and operating profits to fall in the first quarter compared with a year-on-year decline. For the entire 2015, Nokia has said it expects the network's operating profit margin to fall to 8% to 11% of its long-term target, the expected value of 12.2%.
