Nokia to send new hardware: Probably TV set-top box

In the early morning of November 18, Beijing time, Nokia released a Twitter message in Monday, saying the company will release a hardware product on November 18 and attach a photo of the product. The product looks similar to an Apple TV set-top box, but it may be just a box with a Nokia logo with some kind of hardware product.

That would mark Nokia's return to the hardware market after it sold its handset division to Microsoft. "Guess what? We're doing something," the company said in its Twitter message. ”

Market insiders speculate that Nokia may launch an Android TV set-top box, similar to Google's Nexus Player, which was released shortly ago. Nokia had previously said it intended to authorize its own brand to new Third-party hardware, and planned to begin designing new hardware for the research department established after the sale of its mobile phone business.

But Nokia will not be able to use the smartphone until the end of 2016, and the feature phone will have to wait nearly 10 years before it can be used, thus excluding the possibility that Nokia would launch a mobile phone.
