NSN: The acquisition of Motorola Trading cannot be completed in the first quarter

On March 9, Nokia Siemens Communications issued a statement on the acquisition of Motorola's wireless sector assets, and it was expected that the deal would not be completed in the first quarter of 2011, or that it would not be expected to complete the transaction.
