NSN with four terminal equipment vendors LTE interoperability test

November 2 News After the successful global first LTE call and switch test, Nokia Siemens recently announced a partnership with four terminal operators to conduct end-to-end LTE interoperability testing. This test covers multiple bands required in different regions, including AWS, MHz, and 2100 MHz.　　The test provides a multi-step configuration of the End-to-end network based on commercial LTE hardware such as Flexi Multiradio Base station and Packet core Evolution (Evolved Packet Core) and standard compatible software.　　The test demonstrates the interoperability capabilities of the Nokia Siemens Communications LTE wireless network product, Flexi NS, Flexi NG Packet Core Evolution network element and the real LTE terminal, and validates the end-to-end compatibility of the LTE standard (3GPP March 9 version of the basic specification).　　This end-to-end call was carried out at the LTE Research and Development Center in Dallas, Nokia Siemens, and was strongly supported by the Research and Development department in Ulm and Oulu. "Our focus is on providing support for early LTE commercial deployments around the world through commercial LTE hardware and software," said Marc Rouanne, head of Nokia Siemens wireless access operations.
