The Ocilib version 3.9.2 fixes some features, detects "long long" in Unix, and fixes the Oracle Client version support issue based on the 3.9.0 version.

Ocilib is an open-source, Cross-platform Oracle driver that delivers very fast and reliable access to Oracle databases. It provides a rich, full-featured, and Easy-to-use API. The top of the OCI, ISO C on OCI, OCILIB supports all Oracle platforms running.
