OCZ, the US SSD maker who negotiated the bankruptcy of the takeover plan

Joseph Wittine, an analyst at Longbow Joseph Wei, said: "OCZ bankruptcy is not surprising, we estimate that the company's cash can only support a quarter or so, do not see buyers willing to buy."
