Offikang super raise funds to set up Nanchang subsidiary company

The net amount of the Offikang initial public offering is 671 million yuan, and the amount of funds raised over the plan is 429 million yuan. The company has used the super raise funds 93.2 million yuan and 200 million yuan to repay the bank loan and set up Nanchang Offikang Technology Co., Ltd.　　The company plans to use a super raise capital of 100 million yuan in Nanchang to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary to focus on optical products, the remaining 36.254 million yuan super raise funds and accumulated interest of 326,800 yuan supplementary liquidity.　　In addition, Offikang also plans to register the issuance of a scale of not more than 400 million yuan short-term financing coupons, the issue period of not more than 365 days, to supplement the company's production and operation of the necessary liquidity and repayment of bank loans.
