6. Professionalism. The delivered documents are thoughtful, the replies are clear, and the discussions are structured to express ideas. Disadvantages (basically I've made every article, a lot of it now):

2. Delay. Basically every designer has a habit of delaying. Some stayed up until the last two days, and some eventually delayed the project.

3, not open. Do not accept advice, self feeling too good, stubborn.

4, lazy and rambling. Working time is loose, inefficient, always lazy.

5, do not pay attention to details. In the late development of the product logic is also tangled, because the designer in the initial consideration. The inaccurate visual manuscript will also waste a lot of time on the front.

6, do not like the design. I wonder why there are designers who don't like design?

7. The work plan is too bad. The project workload is not estimated, or the design workload is underestimated, or the workload is deliberately exaggerated in exchange for long overdue working hours.
