Open IE browser display cannot find application

Restart Windows features

To fix the click on the IE icon, you can not open the application problem, go to the Control Panel interface, and then find the "program" in it.

After you enter the program window, in the right window, select the "Turn Windows features on or off" option under programs and features.

In the Windows Features window, find Internet Explorer 9, which is based on the system and IE version, my Windows7 system, ie version IE9.

Reset IE

If, after restarting Windows, you may be prompted to stop working with Internet Explorer, you can go to Control Panel and select Network and Intetnet.

Go to the next page, and in the right window, locate and select the Intetnet option.

In the Intetnet Properties window, select the Advanced tab and, under its interface, click the Reset button.

To reset the Internet Explorer Options window, check the "Remove personalization" entry and press the "Restart" button to reset IE to solve the problem.
