NYSE:LITB announced today that it has completed a takeover of Ador, the US social-networking firm, Ador headquartered in Seattle. The asset acquisition was done in cash and the transaction amount was not disclosed.
Upon completion of the acquisition, Ador's management team and staff will join the Orchid Pavilion and set up the first office in the United States. For the Orchid Pavilion, the United States is an important market for rapid development. Mark Stabingas, chief executive of Ador, will be the head of the Orchid Pavilion, Quinten Shay will become the senior vice president of the Orchid Pavilion. Wencen and Zhang Liang, co-founder and co-founder of Orchid Pavilion, will be executive vice president and their duties will remain unchanged.

Since 2011, Mark Stabingas has served as Chief operating officer, CEO and board member of the ADOR. Prior to joining Ador, he worked for Amazon as a general manager for Amazon payments, as well as a senior vice president and vice president of business and business development at Amazon's US retail business, and was a member of the Amazon Management Committee. Prior to joining Amazon, he served as Vice president of corporate strategy and development at PepsiCo from 1991 to 2000. Mark Stabingas a bachelor's degree at Pittsburg University and a master's degree in financial management at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.
Quinten Shay joined Ador in December 2011 as chief technology officer and became co-CEO in 2013 (CO-CEO). Prior to joining Ador, he had been working for Amazon for seven years since 1998, and his job was to lead Amazon's entire international technology team to expand its business to Europe and Asia, to run Amazon's retail business in Japan, to set up a-to-z companies, The Amazon's wholly owned subsidiary has deployed a new Amazon network service to the global Remote Research and development center. Prior to joining Amazon, he was in HP to provide research and development services for retail and logistics customers such as Wal-Mart and FedEx. Quinten Shay a bachelor's degree in computer Science from Virginia Tech University.
