The pavilion announced in Monday that its board had approved a stock repurchase plan to buy up to $20 million worth of US depository stocks (Anglo depositary Shares) before December 15, 2014.

The stock repurchase will be carried out using the company's operating cash (cash from operations), the Orchid Pavilion said.
