According to the announcement, under the cooperative arrangement, prior to April 30, 2011, the company may require AZC to put 100% of all assets except the WIM150 project in the joint venture, including but not limited to 15,500 square kilometres of exploration land rights in Murray Basin, AZC owns the Mindarie Zirconium mine project which has already been mined and has been put into production, and the plant and occupied land assets which can reach 35,000 tons of zirconium concentrate annually, the company will have no less than 51% of the equity in the joint venture company, and Azc have a 35% equity stake.
