Liang Jianzhang is the chairman and CEO of Ctrip. Prior to joining Ctrip in 1999, he held several technical and managerial positions in the U.S. and Chinese departments of Oracle in 1991-1999, including the ERP consulting department in Oracle China in 1997-1999.

Liang Jianzhang is currently serving as a board of directors and has just stepped down as worry director. Liang Jianzhang received a Ph. D. in economics from Stanford University in 2011, prior to obtaining a master's degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
