The network game developers and operators perfect time and Space limited liability company (NASDAQ:PWRD) recently announced that it has officially signed the acquisition of C&c Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "C&c Media") 100% equity of the relevant agreement. C&c Media is a Japanese online gaming operator. According to the acquisition agreement, perfect time and space will pay about 21 million dollars as the total purchase price. Once the deal is complete, c&c Media will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Perfect Space-Time. (Wang Jin)
