Core: Corrected bug#55439 (crypt () returned only MD5).

OpenSSL: Restore Timeout Recovery handles changes to the behavior of PHP 5.3.6, and new behavior causes MYSQLND SSL connection to hang (Error #55283).

All PHP users should be aware that the PHP 5.2 series will no longer be supported. It is highly recommended that all users upgrade to PHP 5.3.8.
