PHP 5.4 Beta1 Post Hyper-text preprocessing language

This is a development preview version, so please do not use it in the actual application!

Added new features and fixes errors in alpha1. Please help us identify the bugs that have been tested for new features and backwards compatibility versions, and we can solve these problems, and after the release of PHP 5.4.0, the survey reports are tracked in the form of QA mailing lists and/or PHP bugs.

Changes to the first alpha version include:

New callable Typehint.
Deletes the algorithm that guesses the time zone. UTC now uses a time zone that does not need to be set.
The default is to extend Mysqlnd using Mysql,mysqli and Pdo_mysql.
