Beijing Time April 27 news, according to foreign media reports, social game developer Playdom Monday announced that the company has acquired another social game developer Merscom. Playdom did not disclose the amount of merscom acquisition.
Merscom has been created for 16 years and has developed more than 250 games, including 30 leisure games. In this regard, the industry pointed out that Playdom acquisition of Merscom, is mainly to fancy the latter's game development talent and brand game business.
Playdom announced in Monday that he had hired David Sobiski (David Sobeski) as chief technical Officer of the company. Earlier this year, Playdom announced the acquisition of the headquarters in Buenos Aires, the Argentine capital, three melons, a game development company.
