Preparatory work for the start-up of the futures subsidiary to increase capital

The company also announced that the sixth session of the Board of Directors of the 11th Provisional meeting was held on February 15, 2011 by means of communication. The meeting discussed and considered the motion on the evaluation of the subsidiary's Chengdu Times Special Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. After the vote of the participating directors, the meeting passed the motion (9 votes in favour, 0 abstentions, 0 votes against). The meeting agreed to launch the Chengdu Times Special Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. to increase the preparatory work, and agreed to hire with securities, futures related business qualifications intermediary agencies to evaluate the Times special futures.
