Probe into the service mode of library scientific research users in large data age

With the advent of large data age, libraries, especially research-oriented libraries and university libraries, are facing a crisis of marginal contribution. Through the analysis of the life cycle model of knowledge creation, the current and future science and technology innovation need scientific research data management and knowledge based interactive collaborative creative ability. Library service should seize the opportunity, through the combination of scientific research data management and user relationship management, explore the integration of scientific research line, track the whole process of library knowledge service mode, enhance the competitiveness of the library. Based on the foreign research data management and user relationship management, this paper explores the service model from technical support, data organization, data analysis to user relationship management.
