Companies that contain data controls, hardware, networks, operating systems, and other software can even change the audit environment.

In fact, private private cloud provides more and more private cloud flexibility on the other hand, as the name suggests-the structure is actually focused on a secure, multi-tenant cloud computing. In this model, customers can quickly and easily deploy computers and storage resources as needed, using security, virtual hosts and built-in fault tolerance, complete infrastructure visibility. The choice of an enterprise to move into one of these private cloud models has a certain incentive to shift to a pure public cloud solution for the foreseeable future. This is due to all the key intangible assets such as feature set, control, cost and security factors.

Finally, the hybrid cloud, which combines the functionality of both public and private clouds, provides an incremental increase for entering the public cloud environment/long-term dual-model environment. It provides a great flexibility for unique business scenarios and/or security/regulatory constraints. For example, a business that runs an exchange premise may need a mail system running within another company. Instead of dismantling the existing infrastructure to use a new switching system, buy-out firms can simplify the company's employees by using Office 365, combining this public cloud service with existing internal e-mail systems. This hybrid approach provides revenue for public cloud e-mail, without inherent security, features, and control limitations.

Because of the relatively immature public cloud of many enterprise-critical applications, the hybrid cloud for most large companies holds more theory than the near-term alternatives. However, the potential benefits of a hybrid cloud deployment of a single application scenario (such as e-mail) and a mixed application environment, such as a public cloud incorporating Lync into a private cloud, becomes compelling.

Choose the right Cloud

For a high-level checklist, consider which of the following can be used to match the best technology and business needs of the enterprise:

Security: E-mail data is stored, what measures can be taken to protect its data from insiders and outsiders to steal, how quickly close to electronic discovery?

Availability: Adhere to a service level agreement (SLA) to ensure at least 99.999% uptime and provide compensation if SLAs are not met. This represents less than 6 seconds of downtime per week. By contrast, 99.9% of the SLA per year is up to a full working day downtime.

Support: Provide what type (phone, chat, email, etc.) support level (24X7,9-5, etc.). are support personnel outside the United States or the United States?

With the advent of cloud computing, businesses provide the option to support e-mail services with a set of options. Each provides varying degrees of flexibility, control, availability, and practical/hands-off management patterns. Choosing the right cloud computing for corporate e-mail, any collaboration, and unified communications systems is best done through the unique features, benefits, and compromise mappings described above.
