Pyrseas 0.3.0 Release relational database maintenance tools

It is committed to developing data management tools to complement the process of agile database development.

Pyrseas 0.3.0 supports adding domain and enum types, overriding rules and triggers, expression indices, aggregate functions, function return types, and security definer functions. Host/port defaults to enhanced use interface, an obvious performance improvement.
