Qihoo 900 million USD convertible bond underwriter exercises excess allotment right

On the evening of August 14 in Beijing, Qihoo 360 announced today that underwriters have fully exercised their excess allotment rights against the company's 450 million-dollar premium convertible bonds, which expired in 2020, and the 450 million-dollar premium convertible bond maturing in 2021, which was issued at the beginning of this month, Nyse:qihu.

Qihoo 360 announced that it would grant underwriters the right to excess placements, which would have the option of placing a maximum of $67.5 million of 2020 bonds and a 67.5 million dollar maturity of 2021 bonds within 30 days. Today, underwriters have fully exercised these excess placements rights.

The sale of the total of 135 million dollars in excess placements was completed on August 14. Plus the allotment, Qihoo 360, which expired in 2020 and expired in 2021, amounted to $1.035 billion trillion in senior convertible bonds.
