QMC2 is a MAME game simulator front-end, using QT4 development, support Xmame and Sdlmame backend.

Is the first Xmame GUI front-end inherited Qmamecat (generated from pure text mamecat). QMC2 has been rebuilt as a QT4 project from scratch. The design and code parts come from the inspiration itself. The new design is as flexible as possible to minimize reliance on front-end and cli-related mame changes, which is qmamecat a major flaw. QMC2 employs a template-based MAME configuration scheme that can easily be enhanced with other command-line options (defined in the XML template file).
