Qt is a versatile object-oriented http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13435.html "> development framework for High-performance development, Cross-platform rich client and server-side applications." When you implement a QT program, you can run the X Window System (unix/x11), Apple Mac OS x, and Microsoft Windows Nt/9x/2000/xp platform through simple source code compilation. Qt is based on the KDE desktop environment and is also used in a variety of commercial applications, such as Google earth,linux Skype and adobe Photoshop elements.

Qt 4.8.2 This release has improved over 100 functions, updated the WebKit version 2.2.2 and libpng version 1.5.10, and added 30 improved documents and tools.
