It is understood that the smart TV operating system standards are not mandatory standards, but only the recommended standards, the state will not be in the home appliance manufacturers or operators to enforce. Ministry of Industry Electronic Information Division and SARFT Science and Technology Division has set up a joint project to promote the Working Group, will be in 2014 to promote the system.
