There are signs that policymakers want policy guidance to help operators lift pipeline value and tap into more pipeline space, and that telecoms will be more open. In the activation of traditional operators, private capital has been placed high expectations.

Industry insiders expect that the movement of people into mobile resale business is probably only the first step, the next stage, the basic telecommunications operating areas may be more open, for example, LTE network construction and operation, the possibility of introducing private capital is not.
