The revised figures show that loans for real estate development continued to grow in the first half of the year, but the two-quarter growth rate was still on the decline in the first quarter. The latest data show that the first half of the housing development loan added 442.3 billion yuan, June last year's balance rose 26.1%. Compared with the new 320.7 billion yuan in the first quarter, the two-quarter increase was reduced to 121.6 billion yuan, and two-quarters of new loans fell by 62% in the first quarter.
