Real Estate land Sale price drop down the price of ordinary commercial housing chain down 10.6%

With the development of real estate control policies, the land market gradually cooled down, showing a trend of quarterly retreat. Quarterly, the second quarter of real estate, commercial clothing, general merchandise housing land sold average price fell 5%, 17.4% and 10.6% respectively.　　It shows that the land market is a good trend of gradual stability and return to rationality. The China Land and Mineral Legal Affairs Center suggested that we should further expand the public scope of land supply and exploitation information, carry out the declaration system for the completion of construction projects, and open the land development and construction situation to the society and accept social supervision.
