Real supply of housing land increased by 135% in the first half

The Ministry of Land and Resources released July 31 data showed that 1-June, the National 31 provinces (districts, municipalities) and Xinjiang Corps and the actual supply of housing land 56,000 hectares, compared with the same period last year, a 135% increase.　　Beijing's housing land supply increased by 400%, while Shanghai fell 19% per cent year-on-year. Data show that the first half of the total housing land supply increased substantially, compared with the actual supply in the same period last year, an increase of 135%, the province of the larger increase in Guizhou, Beijing, Jiangxi, Heilongjiang, Ningxia and so on. The housing supply structure is more reasonable.　　The supply of affordable housing, house and small and medium-sized commercial housing is 42,000 hectares, accounting for 1-6 months of the actual supply of housing 75%. 1-June, Beijing's housing land supply of 1450 hectares, a 400% increase from the same period last year, has completed the annual planned supply of 58%; Shanghai 320.73 hectares, down 19% from the same period last year, to complete only 29% of the annual planned supply.
