If no display filtering is set up, printers that are added to the system will appear in the list of printers, and the printer configuration tool can easily manage multiple printers on the system.

In the filter option of the right-click menu item "Configuration Manager ..." In the main interface, you can set the printer's display filtering properties. Select a printer and use the right key shortcut menu item to set up and manage printer-related properties, as shown in the following illustration.

Start/Stop Printer

Select a printer in the list, using the Start/Stop printer menu item in the right-click menu, you can switch between starting and stopping the printer, and a red warning flag will be added to the disabled printer icon.

Set User default Printer

Select a printer in the list and use the Set as User Defaults menu item in the right-click menu to set the printer as the default printer for the current user.

Remove printer

Select the printer you want to delete in the list, and remove the printer from the list by using the Delete menu item in the right-click menu.

Configure printer properties

Select a printer in the list of printers, and in the Instances tab, click Settings to adjust the configuration options for that printer, including general, image, text, margins, driver settings, and so on.

Test Printer

Select a printer in the list of printers, right-click, and choose Test Printer from the shortcut menu to print a test page to check that the printer is working correctly.

If you change the interface type of the printer or modify the print driver, you should print a test page to test the success of the configuration.

Printer IPP Report

Select a printer in the list and use the Printer IPP Report menu item in the right-click menu to eject the detailed IPP information for that printer.
