PDF captures formatted information from various types of desktop applications so that formatted documents can be displayed as-is on the monitor or printer.
In the Red Flag Linux Desktop 6.0 KDE desktop environment, open the System main menu, select "image" → "pdf Reader", start kpdf to view the PDF file.

PS is the abbreviation for PostScript. PostScript is a programmable print control language developed by Adobe Corporation. The so-called "PostScript" printer that is commonly seen refers to printers that support the PostScript language. PS file means that this file has been processed in PostScript language and can be printed directly on the PostScript printer. For this special format file, you need to use a proprietary reader to browse, that is, PS reader.
Open the System main menu, select "image" → "PS reader", start the PS reader to view the PDF file.
