Red language native code compilation functionality, imperative, symbolic and homoiconic programming languages, reuse rebol syntax and semantics. Static and JIT-compiled support. The focus is on concurrency and support for the tasks and data that use abstractions and parallel collections (http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/16945.html ">scala-like"). From low-level system programming (built-in Red/system c-level DSL), advanced scripting with an optional REPL console, and embedded systems are used within the target range.

Red language 0.2.0 This version of Red/system port support on Mac OS X is complete and is on par with Windows and Linux. The new Mach file supports all current Red/system features, including #syscall and import directives.
