To further improve the utilization of medical and health resources, to improve the quality of medical service, reduce the cost and risk of medical care, and construct a rational and graded diagnosis and treatment mode, we should take medical service organization as the main body, take medical resources and information sharing as the goal, integrate common technology and medical Service key technology, establish regional medical information platform and realize regional medical information , resources, services sharing synergy. Aiming at the demand of regional medical information sharing and cooperative service, this paper puts forward the overall framework of the platform, and puts forward some solutions to the key problems such as patient main index, cross area document sharing, clinical document construction, terminology service, data acquisition and transmission, hospital front service and document storage.
