Aiming at the actuality of medical information and Internet application, the concept of regional mobile medical Network Service platform is put forward.  Based on the analysis of Mobile medicine and its development status, cloud computing and its key technologies, and the application and development mode of Android platform, this paper first puts forward the whole architecture of mobile medical service platform based on cloud computing, and expounds four aspects, such as information resource provision layer, cloud computing platform layer, medical service layer and mobile application  Then, based on the research of Google App Engine cloud service platform, the server side and client technology, data model of the mobile Medical Service platform based on Gae are described in detail. Finally, the system implementation of mobile medical service platform based on Gae is given, which is described from platform server side and mobile client, in which client realizes based on Android mobile operating system, provides outpatient information, medical supplies information and other functions for ordinary users.
