The price of the additional quota transaction involves 2 regional grid companies and 22 provincial power companies, the transaction amount of about 885 million yuan. There are 11 provinces (regions) with a capital gap in the electricity price, which are concentrated in the northeast, north China and northwest regions, respectively, Heilongjiang, Jilin and other provinces, and will carry out quota transactions with 13 power companies in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui, and realize the balance of funds. In accordance with the requirements of the notice, the quota seller sells the quota card to the buyer according to the quota trading scheme, and the buyer will remit the funds to the seller's account within 10 working days after receiving the quota card to complete the transaction.
