This paper studies the cloud computing and cluster load Balancing mechanism and algorithm, this paper proposes a cluster load balancing problem in cloud computing environment, and based on two different cloud computing scenarios: private cloud and public cloud, two different algorithms are designed, and the centralized and distributed load balancing algorithms are improved. The main contents of this paper include: first, analyze and compare the performance of the existing centralized algorithm, focus on the typical algorithm. Secondly, this paper studies and analyzes the existing distributed load balancing algorithm, and improves the problem of low efficiency and insufficiency of random walk algorithm in literature, and the improved packet Random walk algorithm is distributed, suitable for public cloud environment, and finally evaluates and analyzes the improved algorithm performance.
