Research and implementation of e-government cloud top-level design model based on SOA

Based on the research of e-government and top-level design, this paper integrates the computing model of cloud services, and puts forward a global-oriented e-government solution. It is mainly embodied in the following aspects: 1. Based on the analysis of the bottleneck problems existing in e-government system, this paper puts forward a general framework of e-government cloud based on SOA. 2. Based on the top-level design of American e-Government, this paper puts forward a classification mode of service component of modern e-government system on the basis of the exploration of business integration and application integration. 3. Based on the top-level design scheme of e-government, the paper gives the top-level design of the online approval system, and describes, analyzes and realizes the subsystem structure, module function and service component. From the perspective of practice, the proposed and application of the e-government cloud top design scheme based on SOA can effectively avoid repetitive construction, improve system development efficiency, reduce application cost, quickly and flexibly respond to the demands of government departments on demand, and finally provide efficient and convenient administrative service for the public.
