In the real environment, the limited bandwidth resources of operators are consumed by the BitTorrent, which leads to the loss of packets and delays in other network applications, which brings a very uncomfortable experience to the users, and also causes the flow of traffic between regions and regions to run at full load. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes such a solution, design a btcache system, deployed in a regional network exit, through the capture and analysis of the operator's export traffic, to the hot file identification. Then the agent users to the extranet download hot files, caching to the system, and then redirect other intranet users to the system, by the system to provide hot file upload. In this way, the flow of traffic is greatly limited within the area network, which reduces the burden of the operator's export flow and improves the user's download satisfaction.
