With the development of E-government Informatization, the application of e-government cloud is a general trend. Because of the particularity of the data in the E-government system, the information security in the e-government cloud is especially important. This paper studies the problems existing in the security management and use of the traditional e-Government application system, and according to the characteristics of the application environment of e-government cloud, sums up the security requirements of the E-government cloud in the unified account management, the unified access authorization, the unified identity authentication and the unified audit four. This paper puts forward the construction of 4A unified security management platform in e-government cloud, and emphatically expounds the overall structure and design of each module of 4 a unified security management platform, and finally gives the application value of 4 a unified security management platform in e-government cloud.
