This paper will focus on the security problem of SaaS Enterprise Cloud service, establish the security problem analysis model, design the security problem analysis system, realize the automatic generation of the security problem solution, evaluate the impact degree of the hazard, shorten the time of security problem solving, and locate the users who are involved in the security problem more accurately. Save the supplier's manpower and resources. This paper first introduces the background knowledge of cloud computing, which lays a theoretical foundation for further research. Then focus on the SaaS Enterprise cloud services and security issues. By analyzing the service process and general operation of the SaaS Enterprise Cloud service, it discovers its difference with the general cloud service, and gives the characteristics of the SaaS Enterprise Cloud Service, and establishes the general application architecture of the SaaS Enterprise Cloud service. This paper analyzes the security Problem of SaaS Enterprise Cloud service from the general to the special method, according to the location feature of security problem, divides the security problem into three kinds, and finally establishes the unified security relation model. On this basis, the automatic recommendation algorithm and the hazard evaluation algorithm of the security problem solution are realized. This article focuses on the user experience, using the previous security problem-solving experience to establish a security problem knowledge base and decision-making knowledge base, where possible, to guide users to solve problems, when the need for suppliers to provide alternative solutions.
