Research on emergency rescue Command system based on IoT

The application of IoT technology in the field of urban Emergency Rescue command can effectively solve the problems such as early warning and not timely handling. Based on the application requirement of Emergency rescue command system and the characteristics of IoT technology, this paper puts forward the general architecture of Emergency Rescue Command system, and designs the implementation of each layer by using cloud computing and SOA technology. Meanwhile, aiming at some key technologies involved in system implementation, this paper proposes a hierarchical network control model based on policy Agent to realize the unified management and maintenance of network fault, security and communication with less energy consumption, and proposes a fusion location scheme based on CSS and RSS to achieve high precision indoor positioning. A distributed fusion framework based on cluster is proposed to realize the fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data and provide technical support for the emergency Rescue Command system based on IoT.
