Research on architecture and platform implementation technology of cloud manufacturing

Aiming at the dynamic and flexibility of open cloud manufacturing system, this paper studies a new service-oriented, modular cloud manufacturing architecture and its platform implementation technology by using service component technology. The main research contents include: ① analysis of cloud manufacturing system characteristics and design principles, research and development of a component-based cloud manufacturing hierarchy architecture. This paper gives the business functions of the architecture and their hierarchical relationships, and discusses the core components of the cloud manufacturing system, as well as the relevant standards and specifications. Aiming at the diversity, heterogeneity and complexity of cloud manufacturing tasks and resources, this paper expands owl Service ontology, establishes cloud manufacturing ontology model and ② the task and service of Izumo manufacturing, and solves the inconsistency, incomplete and nonstandard problem of manufacturing task and service representation in cloud manufacturing environment. Firstly, this paper analyzes the objects and activities involved in cloud manufacturing process, and establishes the basic ontology model of cloud manufacturing with owl. On this basis, the composition and characteristics of manufacturing resources are analyzed, the manufacturing cloud service description model based on cloud manufacturing ontology is established, the function, process and description method of manufacturing cloud service are given, and the manufacturing task characteristics are analyzed, and the cloud Manufacturing task description model based on cloud manufacturing ontology is established. ③ the architecture of a cloud manufacturing platform based on SOA, using service-oriented architectural philosophy. Analysis platform's business process and function, based on Java platform technology to implement a cloud manufacturing platform prototype system. This paper analyzes the production flow of a product in the cloud manufacturing environment, and validates the research results in this system.
