It is pointed out that the information security problem has become one of the main obstacles to the further development of cloud computing. Aiming at the shortcomings of cloud security problem solving strategy from the perspective of cloud computing service provider, this paper summarizes the risk characteristics of Izumo security from the perspective of enterprise user perception, and puts forward the solutions to improve user security perception, including improving environment and behavior perception, reducing perceived risk and enhancing perceived value.
