The innovation point of this paper can be summed up as follows: (1) Applying the theory of bilateral market to study the dynamic pricing strategy of cloud computing Service market. The research on cloud computing service pricing has only just started in recent years, and mostly based on the discussion of the fixed pricing mechanism of the original cloud computing service operators. This paper focuses on the platform economic characteristics of cloud computing services market, creatively uses the bilateral market theory to discuss the dynamic pricing strategy and operation mechanism of the cloud computing Service market, and compares with the existing pricing mechanism, thus providing a new perspective for the academia and the industry. (2) The pricing strategy of cloud computing service operators based on the interests of users and developers is studied. Unlike the previous scenarios that only consider the benefits of the cloud services operator, this paper introduces the interests of users and developers to the establishment of monopolistic and competitive pricing model of cloud computing services, discusses the pricing strategy of cloud computing services in the case of operators, users and developers, and adds to the ownership of users and developers, The research and analysis of the factors such as carrier charging mode and differentiated management strategy. (3) Comparative study of the short-term cloud computing market and long-term cloud computing services market development. With the development of the cloud computing market and the lapse of time, the choice of users and developers is not invariable, the same cloud service operators also need to adjust their pricing in order to develop according to market changes. Therefore, this paper creatively proposes to extend the decision conditions of cloud computing service operators from single period market to two-stage market, and investigate the pricing behavior and operation strategy of cloud computing service operators in the two-stage market. These are often overlooked in the previous market pricing strategies of cloud computing services. (4) Take "West Lake Cloud" as the research background, through the numerical simulation analysis theory model validity, and further discusses the difference management, the market scale, the transformation cost as well as the preferential policy influence to the cloud computing service operator Pricing strategy, thus provides the reference for the operator.
