Cloud computing provides on-demand, ready-to-use and readily scalable computing and storage resources in the form of services. Compared to the high scalability of cloud computing, the limited resources in traditional computing mode show that the demand of large scale resources can not be satisfied with the high performance computing gradually, and in addition, the large amount of computing resources in the traditional mode is idle for a long time, which causes the waste of resources, and makes the traditional high performance computing mode have high input cost, The disadvantage of inflexible use of resources. In order to solve this situation, it is meaningful to carry out the research of complex scientific application from traditional computing mode to cloud environment in the process of high performance calculation. In this paper, a high performance computing software for 3D tooth surface contact analysis based on finite element method is transplanted zako3d to Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud Platform, the key problems such as deployment, execution and dynamic scheduling of computing-intensive high-performance computing in cloud environment are studied in detail.
