Although the study of load balancing has been studied for nearly 20 years, the implementation system is not very satisfying because the load balancing strategy is a NP complete problem. In this paper, the distributed system and distributed object technology are discussed, and then the algorithm and model of load balancing are studied in detail, and the reasons of extra cost are studied, and the difficulties in the research of load balancing strategy are researched. The innovation of this paper is to put forward the information center scheduling strategy, this strategy is based on the research of typical load balancing strategy such as decentralized, centralized, sending and receiving start-up, and it can be used as the basis of enterprise product development because of its advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, research at home and abroad is focused on the proposed strategy, the research on the implementation model is relatively few, so this paper constructs a chain model, a mesh model and a chain network model based on the integration of various load balancing strategies in order to combine the network topology with the sequential performance increment. The system is studied, the corresponding algorithms are given, and the advantages and disadvantages of these models are pointed out, and the advantages and the high performance of the chain network model in dynamic load balancing are analyzed. These models, based on the aforementioned strategies, visualize the abstract strategy and contribute to the further study. Finally, different from the general parallel distributed experiment in PVM experiments, this paper on the Information Center scheduling strategy implementation model is relying on advanced Java RMI Technology, distributed theory and distributed implementation technology organically combined, for the successor of the distributed theoretical industrialization research laid a foundation.
